Meet our founder, May Piamenta
May Piamenta, our CEO and Co-Founder, built Vee with one belief: nonprofits deserve real support so they can focus on what matters most, their mission.
With over a decade of experience working alongside nonprofits as a mentor, advisor, and board member, May has seen firsthand how limited resources and endless responsibilities make meaningful work harder than it should be. Her background includes serving as a Google Activate Mentor, leading international projects at FIRST, and being recognized on Forbes 30 Under 30 for social impact.
May’s dedication to service is personal. After losing her best friend to cancer at a young age, she committed herself to empowering the people and organizations who care for others.
Under her leadership, Vee was created to help nonprofits reclaim their time and grow their impact, without growing their workload.
